Step 1: Log in to Bronco Hub & Access General Accounting Dashboard

1. Begin by signing in to Bronco Hub.

2. Select General Accounting from the top navigation section of Bronco Hub.

3. Select the General Accounting Dashboard icon.

Step 2: Update Data Access Set

1. Confirm the Data Access Set, located at the top of the Dashboard, is set to Budget.

2. If the Data Access Set is not Budget, choose Change and select Budget.

Step 3: Access Journals

1. Select the Tasks icon on the right-hand side of the screen.

2. Select Manage Journals.

Step 4: Enter Search Parameters

1. Enter the 5-digit FROM (debit) department ID in the Journal field.

2. Enter the Fiscal Year in the Accounting Period field.

3. Select the Search button.

4. To search using additional parameters, select the Add Fields drop-down and choose the fields you’d like to add.

5. After adding additional fields, select Save.

6. You will be prompted to save your modified search in the “Create Saved Search” window. Give your saved search a name and select Ok.

Step 5: Select the Budget Transfer

1. Select the hyperlink for the Budget Transfer you’d like to review.

Step 6: View the Budget Transfer Log

1. To view the Budget Transfer log, select the Show More link in the Journal Batch section.

2. Select the Action Log tab.

Step 7: Review Budget Transfer Details and Exit

1. After reviewing the Budget Transfer details, search for another Budget Transfer or exit.
