View Account Activity and Transaction Detail for a Customer Account

Step 1: Log in to Bronco Hub and Access Accounts Receivable

  1. Begin by signing in to Bronco Hub.

  2. Select My Organization from the top navigation section of Bronco Hub and then select Accounts Receivable.

Step 2: Search for Customer

  1. Select Review Customer Account located in the upper-right-hand side of the landing page.

  2. Enter the Customer Name into the Customer field OR enter the Account Number into the Account Number search field.

    1. Account Numbers can be found on the Invoice issued by Accounts Receivable.

  3. After entering at least one search parameter, select Search.

Step 3: View Customer Activity

  1. Select the Activities tab below Account Details.

Step 4: Select Activity and Date Range to View

  1. Select the category by which you would like to view transactions in the View Activities By dropdown.

  2. Select the date range using the Date fields and clicking the arrow to the right of the fields.

Step 5: View Additional Details

  1. For more details on the Payment, Invoice, or Credit select the Transaction column.

  2. Select the hyperlink in the Transaction column to view additional receipt information/attachments.

  3. Export results by selecting the Excel icon.

Note: Naming conventions for the Transaction are as follows:

  • CC PD xxxxx - credit card paid invoice xxxxx

  • CHKxxx PD xxxxx - check number xxxxx paid invoice xxxxx

  • ACH PD xxxxx - ACH paid xxxxx

  • xxxxxCM - credit memo issued on invoice xxxxx

  • xxxxxVOID - invoice xxxxxx was voided

  • xxxxxR - invoice has been revised

  • xxxxxPAID - invoice has been paid by another route (i.e. posted to the departments funding source segment string)

  • xxxxxWRITEOFF - invoice has been written off/bad debt

  • xxxxxCOLLECTIONS - invoice has been turned over to collections

Step 6: Exit Customer Account Activity

  1. After reviewing Customer Account Activity, select Done.
