Employee Action Effective Dates
Important Notes:
Changes to active employee records must have an effective date of the beginning of a pay period (Sunday). Visit the payroll calendar for pay period dates.
Mid-Pay Period actions negatively impact payroll calculations, time and labor calculations, employee leave accruals, as well as retirement processing and payment.
Submit an HR Support Request for questions or assistance with employee actions.
