View the Employee Self Service Dashboard Results
Important Notes:
The Employee Self Service Dashboard is a one stop shop for employees to view details about their benefit enrollments, beneficiaries, job and salary information for their primary position.
All employees have access to run the Employee Self Service Dashboard to see their personal information.
If you attempt to run the dashboard and receive an error, submit a Help Desk ServiceNow ticket and include details about the error message you received.
Step 1: Log in to Bronco Hub and Access Employee Self Service Dashboard
Begin by signing in to Bronco Hub.
Select Me from the top navigation section of Bronco Hub and then select Employee Self Service.
Step 2: View Results for Benefits or Job and Salary Information
The dashboard will automatically populate the Benefits Confirmation and Summary page.
If your address is incorrect on the Benefits Summary tab, follow these steps to update your contact information.
Scroll through the information to view benefit enrollment information.
Your Boise State Benefits, Covered Dependents and Beneficiaries will also display on the Benefits tab of the dashboard.
Visit the Boise State Employee Benefits webpage for more information about benefits or email Benefits@boisestate.edu for support.
Select Job and Salary located in the upper left hand corner of the page to see additional information about your position(s) with the university.
The Job and Salary output includes the following information:
Person Number (employee ID)
PCN if applicable
People Group (column D on this resource)
Assignment Number
Preferred Name
Assignment Name
Department ID associated with the assignment
Department Name
Manager Name
Legal Employer Seniority Date: Date of first hire with the university
Projected End Date of the assignment
Working Hours
Hourly Rate
Annual Salary
Grade Code (pay grade)
Sick and Vacation Leave Balances: The balance displayed will include any future dated scheduled leave and will not include future leave accruals.
