View Payslip(s)

Important Notes:

  • Employees can view and download payslips as needed.

  • As a best practice, any employee separating from the university should download, save or print copies of their payslips, if needed, prior to their last day of work.

Step 1: Log in to Bronco Hub and Access Pay

  1. Begin by signing in to Bronco Hub.

  2. Select Me from the top navigation section of Bronco Hub and then select My Activity Center.

  3. Select View More

  4. Navigate to My Payslips or type it into the search bar and hit enter to locate and select it from the list.

Step 2: Review Payslip

Available payslips will populate in a column on the left side of the page.

  1. Select the checkbox corresponding to the applicable pay period to view your payslip.

  2. Select Payslip Preview to view the payslip for the selected pay period.

There are an additional three tabs that provide visual representations of payslip data with a summary below (scroll down for summary).

  • Earnings: Presents the last four payslips in bar graph form; breaks down paid absences, holiday pay, salary wages, etc.

  • Deductions: Presents the last four payslips in bar graph form; breaks down Social pre-tax, post-tax, social security, medicare, an other deductions.

  • Net Pay Distributions: Shows the dollar amount deposited in different accounts.

Step 3: Download Payslip(s) (Optional)

You can download one or more payslips at the same time.

  1. To download a single payslip, select the checkbox next to the payslip you would like to download, then select the export icon. Your payslip pdf will appear in your download folder.

  2. To download multiple payslips, select the checkboxes of all the payslips you want to download, then select the export icon. Your payslips will appear as a .zip file in your download folder.
