Manager Self Service are Human Resource actions completed on behalf of a direct report or another employee that falls within your designated area of responsibility.

Hire, Rehire and Additional Assignments

Important terms when hiring adjuncts, Graduate Assistants, temporary non benefit eligible employees and additional assignments:

  • Hire: Hiring someone who has never worked at the university.

  • Rehire: Bronco Hub will process the request as a rehire if you’re hiring someone who has previously worked at the university, regardless of department or role.

  • Additional Assignment: You must submit an additional assignment in Bronco Hub if you’re hiring someone for a secondary role while they have an active position* at the university.
