Purchase Orders - Campus Transaction Dashboard
Important Notes:
This report can be used to search and view purchase orders, identify status from pending to closed or canceled, and additional transaction details.
If you need to request report access, submit an Access Request Form. When submitting the access request, include the name of the report and any other details that might be needed.
Step 1: Locate and Launch the Report
Access Boise State Reporting Budget & Finance and locate Purchase Orders - Campus Transaction Dashboard.
Boise State Reporting will display the reports in either a List or Card view.
Change your view by selecting either List View or Card View in the upper navigation.
By default, this report launches with the category filter set to “All Reports”. If needed, update the Filter by Category drop-down to view reports specific to one area of reporting
Favorite commonly used reports by selecting Favorite in card view and the star icon in list view.
After locating Purchase Orders - Campus Transaction Dashboard, select Launch on the report card or Launch located on the right side of the report name if you’re in list view.
If you need to request report access, submit an Access Request Form. When submitting the access request, include the name of the report and any other details that might be needed.
Step 2: Enter Search Parameters
Search for the Purchase Order using the following options:
Fund, Department, Cost Center, Account, Supplemental and Project: Leave these fields blank or enter or any of Funding Segment String values you want to search
Supplier/Party Name: Leave blank or enter the name or characters from a name of a Supplier
Requisition Number: Leave blank or enter a Requisition (REQ) number
Purchase Order: Leave blank or enter a Purchase Order number
PO Status: Leave blank or search for particular status (ex: approved or canceled)
Requester Name: Leave blank or enter the name of the requester included on the REQ submission
Buyer: Leave blank or enter the name of the buyer assigned to the REQ
PO Create Date Between: Leave blank or enter date parameters for range of dates the PO was created in
Category Name: Leave blank or search for a specific category.
After entering specific search parameters, select Apply.
Step 3: Review Output and Export Results (if needed)
The Purchase Order Query results will display below the search parameters.
If needed, you may export the output by navigating to the Action (gear) icon in the upper right corner,
Select Export to Excel and Export Current Page.
