Important Notes:
This report provides information about completed HR Manager Self Service actions.
If you are the action submitter and the action is pending approval, you can see who needs to approve the action by navigating to your Initiated Tasks List.
If you need to request report access, submit an Access Request Form. When submitting the access request, include the name of the report and any other details that might be needed.
Step 1: Log in to Bronco Hub and Access Reports & Analytics
Begin by signing in to Bronco Hub.
Select My Organization from the top navigation.
Select the Reports and Analytics icon.
Step 2: Locate and Open the Report
Select Browse Catalog located in the upper right corner.
From the Folders panel on the left, select the chevrons to expand the following folders:
Shared Folders
Custom
Human Capital Management
Campus
Employee Information
Select the Employee Changes and Status folder located below Employee Information.
Select Open below Back Office Daily Actions Campus located on the right side of the folders panel.
If you need to request report access, submit an Access Request Form. When submitting the access request, include the name of the report and any other details that might be needed.
Step 3: Enter Search Criteria & Review Output
Enter date parameters in the Action Date From and Action Date To fields.
Action dates will search by the date an action was taken, not the effective date of the submitted action. Example: You submit a Salary Change on 10/15/2021 with an effective date of 1/3/2022. HR approves the action on 10/20/2021. The action date would be 10/20/2021.
Select Apply.
Results will populate based on the dates entered.
