View and Take Action on a Financial Transaction

View and Take Action on a Financial Transaction

Important Notes:

  • When a manager self service action is submitted, the action routes through the financial transaction approval workflow.

  • Designated approvers receive an email when the request is in their queue.

    • Approvers are required to review the action details and either approve, reject or request additional information (as needed).

    • Approvers can take review the request and take action via email or they can login to Bronco Hub to locate the request and take action on it as outlined in the steps below.

Step 1: Log in to Bronco Hub and Locate the Action

  1. Begin by signing in to Bronco Hub.

  2. Locate the action using one of the following:

    1. Notification Bell in the upper-right-hand corner.

    2. Things to Finish section at the bottom of the Bronco Hub landing page.

    3. Worklist located in under the Me navigation.

Step 2: Review Transaction Details

  1. Locate the action and select the action hyperlink to view details.

Before approving any action, it’s important to verify the request is accurate.

  1. After reviewing the details, select the option to either Approve, Reject or Request Information.

Step 3: Take Action on the Request

You can choose any of the following approval actions:

  • Approve: approving the actions means it will route to the next approver OR will complete the approval workflow process if you are the final approver.

  • Reject: rejecting the action will stop the transaction from moving forward. If modifications are needed, select request information rather than rejecting the action.

  • Request Information: you can choose to request information from the original action requester or from any person that approved the action before it was routed to you. It’s good to request information if the action needs modified before final approval.

  • Reassign: reassigning the action routes the approval task to the person you designate. Please note, the individual will only be able to view information that is available based on their security roles and privileges.

  • Route Task (Ad Hoc): routing the task, or adding an ad hoc approver, allows you to add an additional approver to the workflow while also taking action (approve, request information) on the transaction.

What’s next:

The transaction requester will receive a notification regarding Approval, Rejection or Requests of Information. Approved transactions will continue to route through the Approval Workflow

End of Process
