What are Manager Self Service Actions?

Manager Self Service (MSS) actions are Human Resource actions completed on behalf of a direct report or another employee that falls within your designated area of responsibility.

Approve / View Manager Self Service Actions

  1. Approve Manager Self Service Actions

  2. Add and a One Time (Ad Hoc) Approver to the Approval Workflow

  3. Create & Enable a Delegation Rule to Delegate Your Approval Authority

  4. Disable a Delegation Rule to Remove Approval Delegation

  5. View Approval Workflow for Submitted HR Actions (hires, salary changes, promotions, etc)

  6. View Submitted Manager Self Service Actions

Time Cards, Absences and Approvals

  1. Approve Time Cards & Absences

  2. Create and Submit an Absence for Another Employee

  3. Create and Submit a Time Card for Another Employee

  4. Delegate Your Time Card & Absence Approval Authority to Another Employee

  5. Edit or View a Time Card for Another Employee
