Employee Employment Status

Important Notes:

  • This report provides information about employee status (active v inactive); output includes Manager Name, Standard Working Hours, Assignment Number, Business Title, Employment Status and Department Name.

  • If you need to request report access, submit an Access Request Form. When submitting the access request, include the name of the report and any other details that might be needed.

Step 1: Log in to Bronco Hub and Access Reports and Analytics

  1. Begin by signing in to Bronco Hub.

  2. Select My Organization from the top navigation.

  3. Select the Reports and Analytics icon.

Step 2: Locate and Open the Report

  1. Select Browse Catalog located in the upper right corner.

  2. From the Folders panel on the left, select the chevrons to expand the following folders:

    1. Shared Folders

    2. Custom

    3. Human Capital Management

    4. Campus

    5. Employee Information

  3. Select the Employee Changes and Status folder.

  4. Select Open below Employee Employment Status located on the right side of the folders panel.

If you need to request report access, submit an Access Request Form. When submitting the access request, include the name of the report and any other details that might be needed.

Step 3: Search by Employee ID and Review Output

  1. Select the drop down to the right of the Person Number field and select Search.

  1. In the search window, type the Employee ID in the search field.

  2. Select the employee ID from the value list and select Ok.

  3. Select Apply to generate an output.

The results will appear below the search criteria.
