Employee Hours and Pay Report
Important Notes:
This report provides provides earnings information for employee’s based on date earned. The report provides earnings, date earned, number of hours, fund, department, cost center, supplemental, project segments associated with the earnings and current rate of pay.
If you need to request report access, submit an Access Request Form. When submitting the access request, include the name of the report and any other details that might be needed.
Step 1: Log in to Bronco Hub
Begin by signing in to Bronco Hub.
Select My Organization from the top navigation.
Select the Reports and Analytics icon.
Step 2: Navigate to the Report
Select Browse Catalog located in the upper right corner.
From the Folders panel on the left, select the chevrons to expand the following folders:
Shared Folders
Custom
Human Capital Management
Campus
Employee Information
Select the Employee Pay Reconciliation folder.
Select Open below Employee Hours and Pay located on the right side of the folders panel.
If you need to request report access, submit an Access Request Form. When submitting the access request, include the name of the report and any other details that might be needed.
Step 3: Enter Search Criteria
Enter date parameters in the Date Earned From and the Date Earned To fields to locate actions that have occurred within the select time frame.
To search for all employee activity for a specific department, enter the department number(s) in the Funding Department Comma Separated List field.
If you search by 5 digit department number and receive an error message or no results, submit the Access Request Form to request access to run this report for the department ID you’re working with. Include the 5 digit department number(s) you need access to when submitting the access request.
To search for specific employee(s), type the employee ID number(s) in the Person Number Comma Separated List field OR select drop down located to the right of the Person Number field and then select search.
After entering the search criteria, select Apply.
Step 4: Review Report Output and Export Results
The results will appear below the search criteria.
Results may be exported to excel by selecting the Actions (gear) icon in the upper right corner.
Select Export > Excel.
