Employee Self Service (ESS) actions are Bronco Hub actions an employee completes for themselves. Select a job aid link below for steps to complete an action or to access related resources.

Time Cards, Absences & Payroll

  1. Add, Update or View Direct Deposit Payroll Information

  2. Create and Submit Your Time Card (Classified staff, student employees, and all other hourly non-exempt staff)

  3. Edit or View Your Time Card

  4. Create and Submit an Absence Request (benefit eligible employees only)

  5. Edit, View or Withdraw an Absence Request (benefit eligible employees only)

  6. View Your Leave (sick, vacation, etc) Accrual Balances (benefit eligible employees only)

  7. View Payslips

View or Update Assignment Details and Personal Information

  1. View and Update Your Contact Information, Emergency Contacts and Other Personal Details

  2. View or Update Your Federal and State Income Tax Withholding

  3. View Employee, Assignment, or Compensation Information

  4. View the Employee Self Service Dashboard Results
