Who submits time cards?

Who reviews & approves time cards and absences?

Who do I contact for support?

Classified staff, student employees, and all other hourly non-exempt staff should enter their hours worked each week, every Monday.

Most faculty and professional staff are exempt employees and paid a bi-weekly salary, meaning time is only entered in Bronco Hub for leave or absences.

Benefit eligible employees can submit time off by creating a time card for the leave or they can submit the request in advance by navigating to Absences in Bronco Hub. If you are an hourly employee and you enter an absence in Absences, the information will be added to the applicable time card.

Supervisors are responsible for confirming accuracy of submission and taking action (approve/reject) on time and absences submitted by direct reports. Supervisor receive an email notification when a time card or absence is submitted.

Submitted time cards and absences must be approved by the employee's supervisor before they can be processed by Payroll.

Employees, or their supervisor, can edit historical time cards and absences 30 days before the current date. Employees should first consult with their supervisor for assistance with time or absence entries.

If additional support is needed, or edits need to be made to time cards or absences greater than 30 days, submit an HR ServiceNow Ticket.
