  • When delegating to another employee, it is recommended that you do not delegate to someone that is also an expense report approver.

    • To confirm you are not delegating to an approver, visit the Standard Approval Workflow Matrix. Search your department name, then review the roles in columns C through F to make sure your intended delegate is not listed. Note that the listed approvers may have delegated approval to someone else. You may wish to contact them to fully understand the actual approval workflow.

Step 1: Log in to Bronco Hub and Access Expenses

  1. Begin by signing in to Bronco Hub.

  2. Select Me from the top navigation section of Bronco Hub and then select .

  3. Select Expenses.

Step 2: Access Manage Delegates and Enter Employee Details

1. Select the Tasks icon and select Manage Delegates.

Warning

Delegate rows must include an employee name. If there is a blank delegate row, the following error message will display “Attribute DelegatePersonId in DelegationEO is required”.

If you get this error message, delete the blank row by selecting the X and attempt to save again.

The individual(s) listed will have the ability to enter Expense Reports on your behalf.

Note

The individual(s) listed may need to clear their cache using these instructions, then close and reopen their browser before your name shows up on their list in Bronco Hub.

To remove Delegates, access the Delegates and Permission section of the Expenses module.

Select the name of the Delegate, choose the X icon and select Save.
