This resource outlines the steps to view the approval status and details for submitted Invoice Payments.

Step 1: Log in to Bronco Hub & Access Invoices

  1. Begin by signing in to Bronco Hub.

  2. Select My Organization from the top navigation section of Bronco Hub and then select Invoices.

Step 2: Access the Invoice Approval Workflow Dashboard

  1. Select the Reports and Analytics icon on the right-hand side of the page.

  2. Select the chevron next to Shared Reports and Analytics.

  3. Select Invoices.

  4. Select the View icon.

A new window will open with the dashboard.

Step 3: Enter Search Fields in Invoices Tab

  1. Select the Invoices tab located at the top of the dashboard.

  2. Search for Invoice Payments using any of the available search criteria options. The example below is searching for all invoices in the “initiated” status.

  3. After inputting at least one search parameter, select Apply.

Step 4: View Results

The results will populate below the search parameters.

View Approval Status and Approval Action columns for information about the Invoice Payment status.

After reviewing approval details, exit the dashboard or follow the steps below to view further details about the Invoice Payment.


View Invoice Details via Manage Invoices

  1. Begin by signing in to Bronco Hub.

  2. Select My Organization from the top navigation section of Bronco Hub and then select Invoices.

  3. Select the Task icon on the right-hand side.

  4. Select Manage Invoices.

Search for Invoice Payment

  1. Enter at least one required search parameter. Required search options are denoted by **.

  2. If needed, view more search options by selecting Advanced.

  3. After entering applicable search parameters, select Search.

View Invoice Payment Details

  1. Select on the appropriate Invoice Payment hyperlink.

  1. A new window will open with Invoice Payment.

  2. Select Actions in the upper right corner.

  3. Select Edit to display full Invoice Payment details.

  1. Select the chevron next to Lines to review funding source information. After reviewing details, select Cancel.
