Important Bronco Hub terms:
Within Bronco Hub, there are distinctions between a hire, a rehire and an additional assignment.
A hire is submitted when hiring an individual that has never worked at the university.
A rehire is submitted to if you’re hiring someone who has previously worked at the university, regardless of department or role.
An additional assignment is submitted if you’re hiring someone into a secondary position when they have an active position* at the university.
Run the Employee Minimal Detail report to determine whether or not an individual is currently employed at the university.
The process to hire an employee depends on the type of assignment being filled. View the assignment details below for more information.
