Designated department approvers or supervisors may delegate their approval authority to another employee.

It is best practice to set up delegation rules when out of office or unable to approve transactions for an extended period. Link to delegation job aid.

The Office of Continuous Improvement (OCI) cannot add, edit, or remove approval delegations.

Delegation rules (adding or removing) must be completed by the current approver delegating approval authority.
