View Expense Report Details using Basic Search
Begin by signing in to Bronco Hub.
Select Me from the main navigation ribbon. top navigation section of Bronco Hub.
Select Expenses.

expenses submitted for another employee, select their name from the Owner drop down list located above the Expense Reports section. |

Expense Reports will display as individual tiles on the Travel and Expense page. Select the (…) Actions option in the upper right corner of a tile and select Open.

A new window will populate with the Expense Report details displaying. If needed, select the hyperlink for Expense Items to view more information about what was entered for each item

Select the gear icon and click Advanced Search.

The Manage Expense Reports page will display all Expense Reports submitted, in the last six months, for the staff member selected.

The names of approvers associated with the transaction will populate. A green check mark will display next to individuals that have approved the transaction.
