Important Notes:

  • This report provides information about

HR actions that have been completed via Bronco Hub
  • completed HR Manager Self Service actions.

  • If you are the action submitter and the action is pending approval, you can see who needs to approve the action by navigating to your Initiated Tasks List.

  • If you need to request report access, submit

a Help Desk Self-Service ticket
  • an Access Request Form. When submitting the request, include the name of the report and any other details that might be needed to process your request.

Step 1: Log in to Bronco Hub

  1. Begin by signing in to Bronco Hub from my.boisestate.edu.

  2. Select My Organization from the top navigation.

  3. Select the Reports and Analytics icon.

Step 2: Navigate to the Report

  1. Select Browse Catalog located in the upper right corner.

  2. In the left hand Folders navigation, select the chevrons to the left of Shared Folders > Custom > Human Capital Management > Campus > Employee Information. Select Employee Changes and Status located below Employee Information.

  3. Select Open below Back Office Daily Actions Campus located on the right hand side of the folders.

  1. Enter date parameters in the Action Date From and Action Date To fields.
