What do I need to know about Time Cards?
Hourly employees create and submit time cards to report hours worked for each applicable pay period; benefit eligible staff may also choose to enter absence hours via time cards instead of navigating to the absences section of Bronco Hub. Visit Employee Absences for more information.
Salaried employees do not create or submit time cards for hours worked but can choose to enter and submit absence hours using time cards instead of navigating to the absences section of Bronco Hub. Visit Employee Absences for more information.
The information and resources in this section are intended for all hourly non-exempt university employees.
How do I report hours I work?
Most faculty and professional staff are exempt employees and paid a bi-weekly salary, meaning time is only entered in Bronco Hub for leave or absences.
Classified staff, student employees, and all other hourly non-exempt staff should enter their hours worked each week every Monday. Time cards will route to line managers (supervisors) for approval.
Who do I contact for support?
Employees should first consult with their supervisor for assistance with time or absence entries.
Employees can edit historical time cards and absences 30 days before the current date.
If additional support is needed, or edits need to be made to time cards or absences greater than 30 days, submit an HR ServiceNow Ticket.
