Supervisors can view an employee’s leave balance and any absences submitted in Bronco Hub. |
Step 1: Log in to Bronco Hub and Access My Team
Begin by signing in toBronco Hub.
Access My Team from the top navigation section of Bronco Hub.
Select the My Team icon.
Step 2: Locate the Employee and Select an Action
Locate the applicable employee from the Workers list and select Actions.
To view absence accruals, select Absence Balance from the Actions drop-down.
To view submitted absences, select Existing Absence from the Actions drop-down. Jump to next step.

2.1a: View Leave Balance
To view balance accruals, select the applicable absence plan hyperlink to view details.

Use the Balance As-of Date dropdown to view accrual balance as of Current date or Last calculation date.

2.1b: View Existing Absences
If the employee has existing absences, the absence details will populate with absences from the last 6 months
Search for specific absences by either changing the Last 6 months drop down to a specific time period or using the search option to search for an absence by status or type.

To withdraw an absence for an employee, follow the instructions to edit, view or withdraw an absence for another employee.
