Log in to Bronco Hub and Access Requisitions
Begin by signing in to Bronco Hub

Select My Organization from the top navigation section of Bronco Hub

Click the Purchase Requisitions icon.

and then select Purchase Requisitions.
Search for the Requisition
Select Manage Requisitions located at the top of the Purchase Requisition moduleRequisitions landing page.

Use the Search Fields to enter at least one required field to search for the Requisition.

Entered By: Enter the name of the person that entered the Requisition.

Requisition: Enter the requisition number.
Supplier: Enter the name of the Supplier. Note: This search will populate requisitions for all departments on campus that use the supplier.

Enter the item name, if known.
After entering search parameters, click select Search.
You can also access recently saved or submitted Requisitions by clicking the Requisition hyperlink from the Recent Requisition section of the Purchase Requisition module homepage.

A list of related Requisitions will populate below the search fields. Select the hyperlink of a Requisition to view details.

Review Approval Status or Details
After selecting the Requisition hyperlink, a new window will populate.
You may review the Requisition Approval Workflow approval status by clicking the Pending Approval Status hyperlink.

Please Note: The status will display Pending Approval if the request is not fully approved. Select the link to see who has or has not approved the Requisition request.

Detailed information about the time and date of approvals can be viewed in the Stage or Participant section of the Status page.
