Important Notes:

  • Within the Expenses section of Bronco Hub, you can use a Basic or Advanced search to view Expense Report submission details or approval status.

    • Basic Search: Provides basic information about the original submission.

    • Advanced Search: Provides information about the original submission AND approval information.

View Expense Report Details using Basic Search

  1. Begin by signing in to Bronco Hub.

  2. Select Me from the main navigation ribbon. Select Expenses.

  3. If searching for items you submitted for another employee, select their name from the Owner drop down list located above the Expense Reports section.

A new window will populate with the Expense Report details displaying. If needed, select the hyperlink for Expense Items to view more information about what was entered for each item

View Expense Report Details using Advanced Search

  1. Begin by signing in to Bronco Hub.

  2. Select Me from the main navigation ribbon. Select Expenses.

  3. If searching for items you submitted for another employee, select their name from the Owner drop down list located above the Expense Reports section.

  4. Select the gear icon and click Advanced Search.

To expand the search (eg search for Expense Reports over six months old), click select the carrot to the left of Search.

Use any of the available search parameters to generate an output for the Expense Report(s) being researched. After entering at least one search parameter, click select Search.

The search output will populate Expense Reports generated from the search parameters used.

To view additional details about a specific Expense Report, click select the Report Number hyperlink.

The names of approvers associated with the transaction will populate. A green check mark will display next to individuals that have approved the transaction.
