What do I need to know about time cards for hours I work?
Hourly employees create and submit time cards to report hours worked for each applicable pay period.
Salaried employees do not create time cards for hours worked.
Time cards must be approved by the employee's supervisor before they can be processed by Payroll.

What do I need to know about submitting absences?
Benefit eligible hourly employees can enter absence hours on their time cards OR they can submit requests in advance in the Absences section of Bronco Hub. If the absence is entered via Absences, it will be added to the applicable time card.
Benefit eligible salaried employees can choose to submit absences via the Absences section of Bronco Hub or submit absences by creating a time card. Consult with your supervisor to determine if they have a preferred submission method.
Submitted absences must be approved by the employee's supervisor before they can be processed by Payroll.

Who is responsible for reviewing and approving time cards and absences?
Time cards and absences route to the supervisor of the employee.
Supervisors are responsible for confirming accuracy of submission and taking action (approve/reject) on time and absences submitted by direct reports.
Supervisors may choose to create delegation rules within Bronco Hub to route submitted time cards and absences to another employee for review/action.
Time entry and approvals are due on Mondays

Employees should first consult with their supervisor for assistance with time or absence entries.
Employees can edit historical time cards and absences 30 days before the current date.
If additional support is needed, or edits need to be made to time cards or absences greater than 30 days, submit an HR ServiceNow Ticket.
