What is a Budget Transfer?
Budget transfers are requests to move either Base (permanent) or One Time appropriated budget, between accounts or funds, departments, cost centers (FDCC).
When do I submit a Budget Transfer?
Budget transfers are submitted to cover a deficit or to fund anticipated expenses.
Not all appropriated budgets can be moved (i.e. Regular Salaries/Fringe).
