All Budget Report

Important Notes:

The All Budget Report provides a comprehensive view of budget information within Axiom and similar to the month end report that the Office of Budget and Planning sends to each division/area.

The All Budget Report is designed to provide a true view of the budget.

When running the report, keep the following in mind:

  1. This report does not show any surplus. The All Budget Report primary purpose is to present the allocated budget.

  2. This report is not a fund balance report. Fund balance information is maintained and reported by OFC. Please consult the relevant OFC reports for more detailed information.

  3. All expense and encumbrance data displayed in this report comes directly from Bronco Hub Oracle Financials Cloud (OFC). For detailed transaction information, please run other applicable financial reports.

Step 1: Locate and Launch the All Budget Report

  1. Begin by signing in to Bronco Hub.

  2. Select My Organization from the top navigation section of Bronco Hub and then AXIOM.

  3. Select the Budgeting Reports located at the top of the screen.

  1. Select the Boise State Budget Reports dropdown.

  2. Select All Budget Report.

Step 2: Filter the All Budget Report

  1. Select the filter icon to filter the All Budget Report

  1. Select an option from the Budget Hierarchy dropdown.

  2. Select the Fiscal year.

  3. Select the period from the YTD drop down.

  4. Select Apply

Be aware that there might be a hidden scroll bar at the bottom of the report. This indicates that there are additional fields available, but you may not be able to scroll to view them all. Please adjust your view or export the data if you need to see all fields.

Filter notes and tips:

  • If your desired filter doesn’t show up as a preset filter option you can use the filter wizard for additional options.

  • Use the Filter Wizard dropdown to filter for multiple funds, departments, or cost centers.

    • Filter by any field(s).

    • You must double click the field in the left menu for the options to show on the right menu. Then select your choice and select Apply.

    • Select Ok to apply your filter.

    • Select Apply on the left hand filter menu to run your updated report.

Step 3: Drill to Total Details and Export to Excel

The All Budget Report allows you to drill down into totals to view underlying details.

  • This feature helps you analyze specific elements within the high-level data.

  • Any number highlighted blue is available for drill down; select blue hyperlinked text to drill into details.

Select Export to Excel to export the All Budget Report data to Microsoft Excel for further analysis.
