Access and Navigate the Team Activity Center
Important Notes:
Team Activity Center provides managers with a centralized hub to manage their team's activities and information. Managers can access and manage all information and actions related to their team in one location, streamlining workflows and reducing the need for multiple system navigation.
Team Activity Center allows managers to organize and view their team based on factors like employment type, compensation, talent data, or position. The page can be personalized and up to 6 pages can be pinned for quick access to your frequently used pages.
Team Activity Center pages are available only for managers and not workers.
Log in to Bronco Hub & Access Team Activity Center
Begin by signing in to Bronco Hub.
Select My Team from the top navigation section of Bronco Hub and then select Team Activity Center.
Navigation and features within Team Activity Center are listed below.
View Team Statistics
Workers: Displays the number of direct reports and the total number of employees who report up to the manager.
Retention: Disregard this performance measurement as it is not used at Boise State.
Dynamic Skills: Disregard this performance measurement as it is not used at Boise State.
Search for Workers
Enter key information into the Search field. If seeking workers, enter either their name or Person Number (employee ID). Apply filters to help you find the employees you seek.
View filter: Defaults to Workers, but Positions, Requisitions and Offers are available to select.
Reports filter: Defaults to Direct reports, but All reports is also available.
Filters: Select to open a dropdown menu of filters including the above as well as Department, Job, and Position.
Select Clear to remove all filters.
View Organizational Hierarchy
Select the Org Hierarchy button to display your organizational chart, starting with your line manager.
View the totals number of employees included with various filters such as:
Select the filter to change the employees displayed.
Directs (direct reports)
All Reports
Locations
Departments
Apply Actions to Your Team
Select the Team Actions dropdown to open a list of information you can view and actions you can take at a team level.
Select the Employment, Compensation, or Talent button to view selected information for all the team members displayed on the page.
Select the caret to the right of the employee’s name to reveal more information.
Apply Actions to an Individual on Your Team
Select the three dots to the right of the employee’s name to view actions you can apply to the individual eployee.
Select View More to open the full list of Quick Actions.
Pin Frequently Used Actions
Selecting the More (or three dots) button will display six Quick Actions in a pop-up. These are actions that can be applied to the individual listed to the left. You may personalize this pop-up list to include your frequently used actions.
Select View More to open the full list of Quick Actions.
Type key words in to the search field to quickly find an action.
Select the pin icon next to the actions you want to see on the initial pop-up. You are allowed to pin six actions to the pop-up, so you may need to unpin something if you wish to add a pin.
