Access and Navigate My Activity Center
Important Notes:
My Activity Center is designed to streamline daily tasks. It acts as a central location for accessing relevant Human Resources (HR) information, actions, and notifications related to one's role. This job aid provides instruction on how to utilize My Activity Center.
My Activity Center can be personalized and you can pin up to 6 pages for quick access to your frequently used HR pages.
Employees can manage personal employment tasks (such as submitting timecards), access payslips, view benefits summaries and manage leave requests from this central location.
Log in to Access My Activity Center
Begin by signing in to Bronco Hub.
Select Me from the top navigation section of Bronco Hub and then select My Activity Center.
View and Manage My Activity Center Landing Page
Add Your Photo (Optional)
To add a photo to your Activity Center landing page, select your initials in the top right corner and select Set Preferences from the dropdown.
Select My Photo under General Preferences.
Select Choose File to upload a photo. Edit the photo to your liking and select Save and Close.
Return to My Activity Center to view your photo above your name.
View Benefits and Roles
View your Person Number (or employee ID) on the left, beneath your name.
Benefits - View this page to see your Enrollment Summary and which benefits you are currently enrolled in.
Roles and Delegations - View this page to see a list of security roles you have been assigned as well as delegations, such as approval delegations, assigned to you.
If you need to change your benefits enrollment before annual Open Enrollment due to a recent life event (ex. birth of a child), please contact benefits@boisestate.edu
View Time and Labor and Absence Highlights
At the top of the Activity Center landing page, you will see:
Payslip - This shows the amount of your last paycheck. Select this to open the Payslips page for more detail and a list of previous payslips.
Salary - This displays your current hourly salary. Select this to open the Salary Details page for more details about your salary, including Annual Salary and recent increases (e.g. CEC Distribution).
Next Planned Leave - This displays any upcoming leave that you have scheduled, including the starting date and number of hours.
Holiday - This highlights the date of the next Boise State University Holiday.
View and Pin the Six Action Cards on the Landing Page
My Activity Center allows for personalized quick actions, linking to frequently used applications or tasks.
Up to six quick actions may be pinned to the landing page. Actions may be pinned or unpinned depending upon a user’s preferences.
Personalize your quick actions by selecting View More beneath the action cards. A list of Quick Actions will appear.
Select the pin icon next to the action to add up to six quick actions to the landing page.
Enter a page name or keyword in the search field to quickly find the action you seek.
View by date: Payslips, Holidays and Absences
Use the Timeline or List View (beneath View More) to view important events that occurred in the last year and events that are going to happen in the coming 6 months.
Payslips - Lists all Payslips (and their amount) going back one year from today’s date, and ending with your most recent payslip. Select the link to open the Payslips page.
Holidays - Lists all Holidays going back one year from today’s date, and going forward 6 months from today’s date. Select the link to view the Holiday on a calendar.
Absences - Lists all absence completed in the past year and any that are scheduled within the next six months. Select the link to open the Existing Absences page.
Switch from list view to timeline view by selecting the icons on the right.

If you select an action, then you will be routed to the page specific to that action. Please follow the job aid created for that action if you have questions.
