Important Notes:
Follow the instructions below to view Bronco Hub tasks submitted by you.
This view provides transaction and approval workflow details.
Step 1: Log in to Bronco Hub and Access Notifications Worklist
Begin by signing in to Bronco Hub.
Select the notification bell in the upper right hand corner and select Show All.
Select Worklist in the upper right corner.
Step 2: Locate Initiated Tasks
In the BPM Worklist window, select “Initiated Tasks” located on the left hand side of the window.
Update the status from “Assigned” to Any.
Not all initiated actions display in the default view. If you don’t see the item you’re looking for, use the search function to search by action terms and ensure the drop down to the right of the search is Any.
Search by terms like Hire, Data Change OR search by last name of employee that was transacted upon (e.g. data change submitted for Buddy Bronco, enter “Bronco” in the search field).
After entering a search parameter, select the magnifying glass.
To expand the timeframe of initiated tasks, select a view option from the left hand navigation panel. Options for views include Past Day, Past Week, Past Month and Past Quarter.
Step 3: View List of Initiated Tasks
A list of initiated tasks will be displayed. For more details about a task, click on the title hyperlink.
Hover over the icon to the left of the title for a quick glance of task status. The example below includes the icon for a task that has been withdrawn.
To see where an action is the approval workflow, select the action hyperlink. A new window will appear and any approval workflow details will display at the bottom of the window.
