The information and resources in this section are intended for all university employees.


Employee Self Service are actions an employee completes for themselves.

Important Notes:

  • Submitted Time Cards & Absences route to the employee’s supervisor for review and approval.

  • Other employee self service actions (eg updating direct deposit or retirement plans) do not route through an approval workflow.

  • Employees can view details about their assignment (job) by running the Employee Self Service Dashboard.

Editable actions can be created, submitted or updated, as needed, by the employee.

View Only Employee Self Service Actions

View only actions display details that cannot be modified by the employee.
