The Sponsored Project Budget v. Actuals Report (BvA) is designed to be the most accurate source of financial information for your sponsored projects, including forward-looking salary and fringe benefits encumbrances that have been submitted to HR and entered into Bronco Hub.
You are strongly encouraged to use this BvA instead of the Account Analysis Report (AAR) or Project Budgets and Expenditures (PPM).

Step 1: Locate and Launch the Report

Access Boise State Reporting Research and locate the Budget vs Actual Dashboard, Sponsored Programs Summary.

If you need to request report access, submit an Access Request Form. When submitting the access request, include the name of the report and any other details that might be needed.

Your selected customizations and associated data will load by default.

Project BvA by Award section will dynamically show the Award and Project count for the search results.

To review the commitment transaction details for the project, select on an amount listed on the table under the ‘Commitment’ column and select Commitment for Project.

Export report output to Excel. Select the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner, select Export to Excel and Export Current Page or Entire Dashboard.
